This quiet 4-bedroom, 3-bath home has approximately 2,100 square feet and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. What makes it different from many Greystone homes is the setup: four true king bedrooms, lake gear for summer days, winter gear for snowy fun, a garage game room, a well-stocked kitchen, and a walkable location close to downtown McCall and Payette Lake. The location The home sits on a quiet street in Greystone, close to downtown McCall, Brown Park, Payette Lake, the marina, restaurants, coffee shops, local events, and the lakefront. Guests love that they can park once and explore McCall on foot without giving up peace and quiet when they come back home. You get the benefit of being close to everything without being right in the middle of the noise. The layout This home is ideal for families, grandparents, adult kids, and couples traveling together. Everyone gets a real bedroom, a real bed, and enough space to feel comfortable. This includes RVs, trucks with trailers, boat trailers, car trailers, and oversized vehicles. City enforcement is strict, and tickets are common. For additional vehicles, trucks, or trailers, please use the City of McCall public parking lot located above the marina. Other things to know • Primary booking guest must be 25 years or older • Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. • Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted • No pets allowed • No unauthorized visitors • No smoking or vaping inside the home • A $350 fee may apply for unauthorized guests, smoking, or violations requiring extra cleaning or remediation Left behind items If personal items are left behind, we are happy to ship them back when possible. Townhome setting Lake Haus McCall is a duplex-style townhome with one attached neighbor. There are no shared interior spaces. This is a quiet residential setting, so guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors, especially during evening and early morning hours. Exterior cameras For safety and security, there are two exterior Ring cameras on the property. One camera is located at the front door. One camera faces the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. Quiet hours and occupancy Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No parties or events are allowed. Lake gear and waiver Kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, beach towels, and related lake gear are available seasonally and are weather dependent. Lake Gear Waiver Requirement Lake gear and recreational equipment are provided seasonally as an optional guest amenity.
