Additional parking may be available in the cul-de-sac at the end of Roosevelt Avenue on a first come, first served basis. There is no street parking on Roosevelt Avenue at any time. This includes RVs, trucks with trailers, boat trailers, car trailers, and oversized vehicles. City enforcement is strict, and tickets are common. For additional vehicles, trucks, trailers, or oversized vehicles, please use the City of McCall public parking lot located above the marina. Townhome setting Lake Haus McCall is a duplex-style townhome with one attached neighbor. There are no shared interior spaces. This is a quiet residential setting, so guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors, especially during evening and early morning hours. Exterior cameras For safety and security, there are two exterior Ring cameras on the property. One camera is located at the front door. One camera faces the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. Quiet hours and occupancy Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No parties or events are allowed. Lake gear and waiver Kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, beach towels, and related lake gear are available seasonally and are weather dependent. Lake Gear Waiver Requirement Lake gear and recreational equipment are provided seasonally as an optional guest amenity. This may include kayaks, paddle boards, paddles, life jackets, coolers, beach chairs, beach cart items, and similar accessories. By booking this property, the Primary Guest agrees that if anyone in their party chooses to use any optional lake gear, that use is subject to the Lake Gear Waiver. The Primary Guest is responsible for informing all guests in their party of these terms. No guest may use any lake gear unless the Primary Guest has agreed to the waiver. Use of lake gear is optional and at the guest’s own risk. Life jackets must be worn when using kayaks or paddle boards. Guests are responsible for using all gear safely, following local rules and conditions, and returning items in the same condition they were provided. Snow removal Snow removal is coordinated by the Greystone Village HOA. Timing may vary depending on weather conditions, snowfall, crew access, and HOA scheduling.

The garage is available for parking and game room use. The home is attached to one neighboring townhome, but there are no shared interior spaces.
